1. Scope

This policy applies to every digital product sold or delivered by Leads Big (leadsbig.co)—including, but not limited to, databases, lead lists, scripts, templates, and graphics (“Digital Products”).

2. All Sales Are Final

Because Digital Products are irreversibly delivered and cannot be “returned,” all purchases are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable once the download link or file has been downloaded. If you haven’t downloaded the file(s), you can request a full refund in 14 days.

3. EU/UK Digital‑Content Waiver

By completing your purchase, you expressly:

  • Request immediate delivery of the Digital Product, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14‑day “cooling‑off” (withdrawal) right provided for digital content under EU/UK consumer legislation once download begins.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you unintentionally purchase the identical Digital Product twice within 24 hours using the same account and payment method, email [email protected] within 48 hours of the second transaction. After verifying duplication, we may—at our sole discretion—issue store credit equal to the duplicate charge.

5. Defective or Incomplete Files

We guarantee that each file will download and open successfully. Should you encounter file corruption or a technical issue that prevents access:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] anytime.
  2. Provide your order number, a screenshot or error log, and the exact filename.
  3. We will supply a working replacement file or alternate download method at no cost.
  4. If we cannot provide a functional copy within 3 business days, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or store credit.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Leads Big constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Provide the payment processor with evidence of your agreement to these terms, and
  • Suspend or terminate your Leads Big account and future purchase privileges.

7. Fraud Prevention & License Compliance

Purchases flagged for fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse of licensing terms may be canceled, with access to Digital Products revoked, without refund.

8. Modifications to the Policy

Leads Big may update this policy at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
